• Top performers can target their finance assistant manager position in 1-2 years
Finance Assistant Manager
• Up to $110k
• Top Performers can target the Sales Assistant Manager position in 1-2 years
Sales Assistant Manager
• Up to $130
• Top performers can target a promotion to level 4 in 1-2 years.

SERVICE PATH

Earnings up to $75K

  • Assist Department Manager in overseeing respective departments and team members
  • Forecast and plan growth strategies
  • Develop and oversee the C.A.M.P. training
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Aid in the development of 3 team members resulting in manager certification completions
  • Deliver business commitments to Level 3 Managers

  • Lead a team of up to 65 individuals
  • Oversee all departments and hold managers accountable
  • Deliver business commitments to the General Manager
  • Business planning and overall team strategy
  • Increase the profitability and Customer Satisfaction levels consistently
  • Coordinate personnel planning, recruiting and development programs
  • Conducts daily accountability session to ensure organizational alignment and progression
  • Responsible for the individual advancement and engagement of team members
  • Aid in a minimum of 1 team members advancement to a Level 4 position

Earnings up to $130K

  • Lead a team of up to 65 individuals
